1. Acceptance
By accessing this website or engaging Velora Designs for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or our services.
2. Services
Velora Designs provides website design, development, SEO, and related digital services. The specific scope of work, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each project are agreed in writing before work begins.
3. Payment
Our standard terms are payment on approval — you review the finished work and only pay when you are satisfied. No payment is required upfront unless explicitly agreed otherwise. Once a project is approved and invoice issued, payment is due within 14 days.
4. Revisions
We offer revision rounds as specified in the relevant plan. On Pro and Enterprise plans, revisions are unlimited prior to final approval. Revision requests made after final approval and launch may incur additional charges.
5. Client responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, and any content (text, images, brand assets) required to complete the project. Delays caused by failure to provide materials may extend the delivery timeline without penalty to Velora Designs.
6. Intellectual property
Upon receipt of full payment, all bespoke design and code produced for your project transfers to you. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing. We retain ownership of any reusable frameworks, libraries, or tools used across multiple projects.
7. Limitation of liability
Velora Designs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the website or our services. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific project in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. If you terminate after work has begun, you agree to pay a fair proportion of the agreed fee reflecting work completed to date.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
