Velora Designs ("we", "us", "our") is a web design and development studio. Our website is velora.design. When you submit your details through our contact form, those details are collected and stored by us.
2. What we collect
We collect information you provide directly when you complete our contact form: your business name, email address, phone number, and any plan interest you indicate. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via our hosting provider and analytics tools.
3. How we use your information
We use your contact details solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, and communicate about a potential or active project. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Data storage
Contact form submissions are stored in a Supabase database hosted on infrastructure provided by Supabase Inc. Data is stored in the EU (Ireland) region. Access is restricted to authorised Velora Designs personnel only.
5. Retention
We retain contact form data for up to 24 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted unless an ongoing business relationship exists.
6. Your rights
Under applicable data protection law you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@velora.design and we will respond within 30 days.
